What is PPC?
The acronym PPC is thrown around a lot in marketing meetings these days – so we thought we would help with our definition of the acronym.
PPC stands for pay-per-click and it means exactly that – you will only pay when someone clicks on your ad. A practical example of this is Google search ads – When someone searches the word insurance for example and ¾ adverts pop up at the top of the page, only the brand that gets clicked on will pay for that. Meaning in digital marketing terms that you won’t be paying for the impression.
